Provide access to AMS suppliers, accredited control measurement institutes and consulting engineers
You have the option to grant access to service providers via www.reportloq.com. Service provider access is limited to your FLD (First Level Data) for the past 14 days, and is limited to the user interfaces related to FLD data. This includes CEMS, QAL, Trend, Export and the Alarms and Events feature.
Service providers could be e.g. AMS suppliers, accredited control measurement institutes or consulting engineers to help you understand and optimize your facility’s emissions.
Expanded possibilities
If your service provider needs more than the standard accesses, you have three options
- You can assign write access
It’s smart if you get help entering QAL2 values. - You can grant full access
This is useful if your consulting engineer needs access to your reports and data that goes back more than 14 days. - You can assign API access
This is smart if your service provider uses the API to retrieve FLD values during parallel measurements.
Unless you also assign “Full access”, access is also limited to FLD values from the last 14 days.
Note that you must have API access selected in order to assign access.
NIS2
When you give a service provider access, it is logged when the provider logs in and you can view and review the logs yourself.
If you give the service provider write access, you will also be able to see if they make changes to your system.
Access via API access is logged once a day in your event log. You can see if data is being retrieved from your facility.
Only users with the role “Super administrator” can grant access
